This premium quality oil is produced using our Ultra Premium technique, where small, select parcels of Memecik olives are picked at their optimum ripeness and hand selected before milling. The quick cold press process ensures that the high phenolic content of this variety is transferred to the oil, making it an antioxidant-rich, robust, and exceptionally fruity olive oil.
