It is grown in Aydın region. It is grown without the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides.
Dried in the sun naturally.
Due to the fact that dried figs are a delicate fruit, they are collected by falling from their trees or by shaking them slightly (without damaging the trees).
Then, these collected figs are placed on exhibition boards designed to allow air between them in our carefully constructed greenhouses. They are dried under the sun for 3 days. (If it stays in the sun too long, it will harden, if it is less, it will rot)
The large & sized calibrated figs of our mountain figs, whose natural drying process has been completed, are carefully selected one by one and packed in sealed packages to be delivered to our valued consumers..
