1)Nova Vera Organic Olive Oil,
It is produced by cold pressing the olives grown in our organic certified orchards and harvested without any damage in Nova Vera facilities in Ayvalık, which has BRC and ISO 22000 certificates. Free fatty acidity value is maximum 0,25.
2)Nova Vera Memecik Olive Oil,
It is produced by cold pressing Memecik type olives grown in Milas and Bafa region and harvested without any damage in Nova Vera facilities in Ayvalık, which has BRC and ISO 22000 certificates. It is one of our most preferred olive oils for all cold dishes, especially breakfast and salads. Free fatty acidity value is maximum 0,25.
3)Nova Vera Early Harvest Ayvalık,
It is produced by cold pressing our olives grown in Ayvalık, which are carefully harvested without touching the ground during the early harvest period in early October when the olives are still green, in our Ayvalık facilities. Ayvalık has the geographical sign. Free fatty acidity value is maximum 0,5; polyphenol value is over 550.
4)Nova Vera Early Harvest Trilye,
It is obtained from Trilye (Gemlik) type olives grown in our orchards at an altitude of over 600m in Salihli, Manisa and harvested by hand without any damage. Olives grown in higher regions and under more difficult conditions increase the amount of polyphenol they contain in order to adapt to the conditions. While our olives in this region preserve some of the unique elements of the Trilye olive variety, they have also acquired a new character under the influence of the conditions of that region.
Nova Vera Trilye, which the world's most experienced tasters deemed worthy of proud awards such as "Best of the Country" and "Best of the Competition" in competitions, is a very unique olive oil with a special characteristic structure, balanced fruitiness, bitterness and burning, which is highly appreciated both in smell and flavour. It was selected as the World's Best Monovaryetal (produced from a single variety) olive oil in the Olivinus competition held in Argentina in 2023. The Free Fatty Acidity value of our 2023-24 Harvest Trilye olive oils is at most 0.2%.
5)Yamalak Sarısı,
Nova Vera Early Harvest Yamalak is a local variety specific to the Aydın region. It is produced by cold pressing Yamalak Yellow type olives, which are harvested with branch shakers without any damage, by transporting them to Ayvalık with refrigerated trucks and cold pressing them in Nova Vera Ayvalık facilities with BRC and ISO 22000 certificates.
